Lead Pastors

Todd & Mishele Oldenburg met at a summer camp in Frazier Park, CA in August of 1991. After their first date, Todd prayed with Mishele before leaving her home and knew driving home that she was the one he wanted to spend his life with. 

After marrying on June 4th of 1994, they spent many years serving as Youth Pastors and Associate Pastors in Westminster, CA; La Habra, CA; and Perris, CA before accepting the position of lead pastor at what is now known as Thrive Church, in January of 2001. 

Todd and Mishele have an incredible heart to simply lo9ve people and serve others right where they are at. With over 20 years of pastoring in the Banning Pass Area, they now look ahead with fresh vision and passion for the mission of helping others take their next step toward God. 

Todd and Mishele have two daughters who they enjoy making memories with. They love the beach, a good cup of coffee, and spending time together as a family.
